R. V. G. Trafficking

R. V. G. Trafficking

The client was accused of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine. A municipal peace officer arrested the accused and he was later found in possession of cocaine. Mr. Phypers argued that the arrest was beyond authority of the peace officer and contrary to the Charter of Rights. All evidence was excluded and charges were stayed by the Judge.
