In 2016 the client was arrested with a duffel bag of illegal guns in their vehicle. At trial, Mr. Phypers successfully argued the client had no knowledge of firearms. The client was found not guilty.
In 2017 the client was charged with armed robbery. It was alleged that the client entered a pub, shot at the ceiling, and cleaned out the till. The client was discharged at preliminary inquiry as evidence of identity was insufficient.
