R. v. W. Meth Lab

Mr. W. was alleged to have a motorhome on his farm that was being used as a meth lab (yes, Breaking Bad style). Police carried out a raid involving multiple armoured vehicles, helicopters, and multiple SWAT teams from across the province. Mr. W was charged with production of meth and numerous weapons offences. Mr. W. has a 10-page criminal record. Mr. Collard successfully fought for Mr. W. to be allowed bail. Mr. W. breached his bail conditions, and Collard successfully argued for Mr. W to be allowed bail again. Ultimately, after serious negotiations with the Federal Prosecutor, the charges were dropped.
