R. v. S. Attempt Murder x3

Mr. S., an admitted drug dealer/importer, was alleged to have shot 3 different people at close range, with a shotgun, in separate shooting events. Two charges of attempted murder were stayed before trial because Mr. Collard was able to point out identity issues. During a multi-day trial on the third charge of attempted murder, Mr. Collard used a blood spatter pattern expert and called days of evidence that led to the full acquittal. Previously, Mr. S was considered armed and dangerous and had a Canada wide warrant for his arrest. Today he is free.
